Jardin BiO étic has cooked up a rustic recipe of lentils with carrots, onions and leeks for an easy accompaniment to your country cooking. They can be enjoyed cold as a salad or hot as an accompaniment to meat or fish. Combine them with whole grains for an original and balanced dish. Bon appétit!
The lentils may present some brown surface discolouration; this in no way affects the quality of the product. Heat for 5 minutes in a saucepan and add a knob of butter. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume quickly.
